Hey there, I’m Sheila and I am an AADP Board Certified Integrative Health Coach who specializes in “Getting you Back on Track” with Food, Healthy Aging and sharing Inspiring Moments in this journey through life.

As a Health Coach with 12 years of experience learning about a sustainable healthy lifestyle, the question I get most is how to make it stick.
